Just in time for Fall, 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target will be a limited-edition collection of apparel and accessories, including an assortment of bags, shoes and travel accessories for both men and women.

Debuting Sept. 15th at most Target stores and online at Target.com, the collection will include more than 100 items, ranging in price from $19.99-$299.99, with most items clocking in under $49.99. To get a sneak peek of the collection, check out this video on A Bullseye View.

Awesome! I suspect this will be pretty popular!

Here's a "first look" from the Wall Street Journal on The Budget Babe's site!
Ugh, can't get the picture to show up. It works in the preview but not when I post it.

Very exciting that these designers do inexpensive collections for Target but I've never been impressed with the quality of the items! I like looking at the items. However, nothing fits right, colors run out in the wash, the garments are usually unlined...I dunno. I always hesitate when buying things from Target. I used to shop there a lot in college bc it was nearby and cheap, but I always ended up regretting the purchases I made from there. I'd rather wait for a sale and pay a little bit more if I'm looking for a designer item.

I hope they do the handbag out of a creative medium...not some "faux" leather. I was rather impressed with the fabric used for the Prabal Gurung nolita shoes & clutch...it had a high tech feel and finish. I have a "faux" patent leather bag from the Mulberry collection, but it feels so much like plastic that I have never carried it.

I really love the looks of it in pics but after the Prabal Gurung I want to see in person before buying. I hope they have more of the line in-store vs online.

126 pics of it:
